Sharp Full Screen LED backlight TVs have hundreds of LEDs arranged in rows to cover the entire screen, from corner to corner. The colours are brighter and more vibrant whilst the blacks are deeper resulting in more fine details in darker pictures. The new X-GEN panel with its wider pixel aperture design allows for visually brighter images whilst the Brilliant Colour Processor helps the precise expression of colours.

| It took me a while to decide what TV to buy I'm thoroughly pleased with this TV, bright and crisp picture. The EPG is not the best, slow and very small on screen, but hey you're watching the TV not the EPG! Love the look of it and it was out of the box, up and running within half an hour. Took longer to wall mount it! Sound is fine, unless you are a audiophile in which case get an add on system. | |

| This TV boasts amazing image quality. The contrast ratios give an intense range of colours, from from convencing blacks to brilliant whites. The picture quality when beaming pictures from SkyHD need to be seen to be believed. The 1080p upsacaliing engine built into the TV does a fantastic job of upscalling images from standard def TV. The built in speakers produce reasonable sound and are sufficient for most programmes i.e. the news, eastenders, footie. For music I have to rely my surround system to get the most out of blu-ray/hidef media. Setting it up was like any other TV, easy and the OSD is easy to follow when configuring the tv. | |
